Refund policy

All sales are final, as is. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any returns and exchanges for your orders due to the cost.

Also, due to the nature of the preorder process, we do not have the stock available for exchanges and returns. Please make sure to check the size chart measurements when ordering apparel. 

Cancellations/refunds are only possible if your order has NOT shipped yet. All sales are final and nonrefundable once the order has been shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please email us at chevsmusic@gmail.com or use the customer service contact form. 

If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund back via the original payment method. Once the order has been shipped, refunds and cancellations are no longer possible.
