1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Currently, all merch items are only available for preorder until November 3rd. This means that the items are still in the early stages of manufacturing. These items may take 5 to 9 weeks or longer to prepare and fulfill depending on the manufacturing process.
Our current estimate and schedule may allow us to fulfill these orders by mid-December 2024. However, this is subject to change and we will email you with updates regularly.
Also, this estimated schedule does not include the shipping time, which may take 5 to 10 days or more depending on your shipping address within the United States. International shipping may take a month or longer as well. Please bear in mind that your order may not arrive in time for the Christmas holiday.
Shipping couriers often experience delays during the busy peak, holiday season.
We have no control over your package once it has been shipped as the delivery process is handled by the shipping couriers. We are not responsible for any delays or lost items. Please contact your local post office if you have any questions regarding shipping status.

2. Will my order arrive in time for Christmas/the holidays?
Currently, we estimate that we may be able to pack and ship these orders by mid-December 2024. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time for Christmas/the holidays. Shipping couriers have estimated shipping times to be about 5 to 10 days or more during the peak busy season. International shipping may take 1 month or more depending on your country's shipping policies. Santa Chevy apologizes for any inconveniences.
3. Can I order these items at a later date instead of preordering?
These items are available for preorder for a limited time. This is currently the only merch drop scheduled for these designs so it's possible that it will not be restocked/available at a later date. After we fulfill all preorders, we will add any remaining stock (if any) to the online store. This is not guaranteed as it's possible we may not have any extra stock. If you'd like to make sure you're able to get a design that you like, we recommend preordering to be safe.

4. What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final, as is. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any returns and exchanges for your orders due to the cost.
Also, due to the nature of the preorder process, we do not have the stock available for exchanges and returns. Please make sure to check the size chart measurements when ordering apparel.
5. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations/refunds are only possible if your order has NOT shipped yet. All sales are final and nonrefundable once the order has been shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please email us at chevsmusic@gmail.com or use the customer service contact form.
If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, refunds and cancellations are no longer possible.
6. I placed multiple orders separately. Can I combine them?
Please email us at chevsmusic@gmail.com or use the contact form as soon as possible. Tell us your name and all of the order numbers. Also, you must confirm the correct shipping address. We will do our best to complete your request if your orders have not been packaged or shipped. If we can combine your orders, we will do our best to adjust the shipping cost as well.
If your orders have already been packaged/shipped, we will not be able to combine your orders.
7. Can you ship to the United Kingdom, Africa, and Europe?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to you due to the VAT fees, taxes, and import policies and laws. We will do our best to figure out a way to ship to your countries in the future.

8. General International Shipping Notes
We are unable to ship to the United Kingdom, Africa, and Europe due to VAT fees, taxes, import policies, and laws.
Sadly, international shipping is quite expensive for us at the moment, but we hope to figure out more affordable methods of shipping as we grow.
All of our orders will be shipped from the United States. The customer will be responsible for any and all fees, taxes, and related costs with imports, customs, postal services, and shipping.
According to shipping couriers, most international shipping will take approximately 3 to 6 weeks, although it may take longer depending on your country's shipping laws and postal services. Unfortunately, there may be delays during the peak busy season and holidays. Thank you so much for all your support and we're so sorry for the inconveniences.
